1992 - Joined the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
1992-1996 - Secretariat of the Commission of the Russian Federation for UNESCO.
1996-1998 - Embassy of Russia, Botswana.
1998-2001 - Embassy of Russia, Estonia.
2001-2004 - Head of the Estonian section of the Second European Department.
2004-2009 - Minister-Counsellor of the Embassy of Russia in Lithuania.
2009-2013 - Deputy Director of the Second European Department.
On 7 November 2013 was appointed as Ambassador of the Russian Federation to the Kingdom of Cambodia.
Doctor of Philosophy in political science.
Fluent in Khmer, English and French languages.
On 4 April 2014 presented Letters of Credence to the King of Cambodia Norodom Sihamoni.
