Visit of the Minister-Counsellor of the Russian Embassy in Cambodia to the Diplomatic Mission of Viet Nam
On August 14, 2020, H.E. Mr. Valentin Dikushin, Minister-Counsellor of the Embassy of the Russian Federation in the Kingdom of Cambodia visited the Embassy of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam to honour the memory of the passed H.E. Mr. Le Kha Phieu, Former General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Viet Nam.
