On June 24, 2020, Mr. Valentin Dikushin, Chargé d’Affaires a.i. of Russia in Cambodia attended an official launching ceremony of Cash Transfer Program for Poor and Vulnerable Households during COVID-19, held in the Peace Palace in Phnom Penh.

Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, Prime Minister of the Kingdom, heads of the executive bodies of Cambodia and representatives of diplomatic missions accredited in the country participated in the event.
