On July 14, 2020, H.E. Mr. Valentin Dikushin, Chargé d’Affaires a.i. of Russia in Cambodia met H.E. Mr. Norng Sakal, Under Secretary of State of
the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Kingdom.

During the conversation, both sides discussed the issues of developing cooperation between Russia and ASEAN, as well as interactions within other ASEAN-centric multilateral mechanisms.
