Born on 7 July 1958.
Education:
Moscow State University, Institute of Asian and African Studies (1984);
Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation (1999).
Engaged in diplomatic service since 1984.
1992-1997 – Director of the Russian Center of Science and Culture in Cambodia.
2000-2004 – Counsellor of the Embassy of the Russian Federation in the Kingdom of Cambodia.
2010-2014 – Consul General of the Russian Federation in Ho Chi Minh (Vietnam).
2015-2020 – Deputy Director of the 3rd Asian Department of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
On 4 May 2020, by the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation No. 302 was appointed
as Ambassador of the Russian Federation to the Kingdom of Cambodia.
Arrived to Phnom Penh on 24 July 2020.
On 4 September 2020 presented the Letters of Credence
to His Majesty Norodom Sihamoni, King of Cambodia.
Holds the diplomatic rank of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary
(Decree of the President of the Russian Federation No. 74 dated 9 February 2023).
Married, has two sons.
Fluent in English, Khmer and French.
